红外光学元件


硒化锌(ZnSe)和其他的红外材料例如硅(Si), 锗(Ge),砷化镓(GaAs), 硫化锌(ZnS)等广泛应用于激光打标、雕刻、切割、焊接、医疗等各种大中小功率激光器以及红外变焦距镜头、 热感应镜头等各种红外光学镜头中。CVD的ZnSe材料由于低吸收系数和高耐热特性,广泛使用于高功率的CO2激光系统中。
