增透膜层


增透(AR)膜是一种硬质耐热氧化膜,当它附着在光学器件表面时,可以在特定波长范围内将器件表面的反射最小化。镀膜的透射特性取决于正在使用光的波长、基片的折射率、镀膜折射率、镀膜厚度,以及入射光角度。

镀膜类型 性能和应用
增透膜层 单层MgF2  Applied to materials with refractive indices from 1.45 to 2.4. 
The most popular antireflection coating for visible. 
They are insensitive to change in incidence angles. 
多层V形增透膜 Used to provide low reflectance with in a narrow durable wavelength band for most laser application. Minimum reflection can be less than 0.1% 
宽带多层增透膜 These coatings have excellent performance over a broad spectral range broadband. Coating performance is sensitive to angle of incidence. 
双点增透膜层 Offer very low reflectance at two widely spaced wavelengths, such as Nd:YAG Laser (1064) and its second harmonic (532) . 
LaserStates  makes this a double wavelength waveplate.
